Automatically change the scale or the style of dims and text

This would be a great step forward for me, but I know it has to be done manually... I want to describe my problem hoping for a solution from someone more clever than I am... and more experienced.

When making a floorplan, scaled 1:50 and I need exactly the same in another sheet but using 1:100, I have to change everything manually... Text notes, dims, elevation marks etc... If I don't, they look really big and ugly.

How do you deal with that?

the same only different... its a paradox. I find that a plan at 1:50 is rarely truly exactly the same at 1:100 and if it is then I probably don't really need one or the other. If a plan fits on paper at 1:50 then I don't really need 1:100. Perhaps you need to print at half size instead?

If not, you'll need to create annotation (tags, dims, text etc.) based on half the normal printed size (1.2mm instead of 2.4mm) and swap all of the normal size annotation out to the half size annotation for the 1:100 views.

I need one plan for each floor (level) at 1:50 and all of them in one sheet at 1:100 where I add all the calculation needed for the public service.
Actually, the ideal would be adding areas in floor plans directly, hide them for the 1:50 sheets, and then make a duplicate view at 1:100 with the areas visible and add this plan to that sheet for the public service

And, Yes, for now I do what you describe... everything exists at two different sizes

If the annotation you use for 1:100 is acceptable when printed then perhaps you should just standardize using that size?

Dims and opening tags are usually too small...
Anyway, thank you for your answer, I will try to finalize the plans and then make that sheet having all of them... This will keep the "changing size" process to one time only...
