Help needed making a 3D Arched Building

Hi Guys,

I'm just in abit of a pickle at the moment and wondering if you guys might be able to help me out.
I'm completely stumped with creating this building from scratch so some advice from some fellow Revit gurus would be great!, I have included the illustration.

I created vaulted rooms by using an in place mass turning it into a wall and attaching it to the exterior walls.
question remains is it wall, floor or ceiling.
