Get my spaces to read archs room names?

I've done this once before but I've forgotten what I done.

I need to add the Architects room name to my floor plans.

What I think I done previous was make sure my linked file was room bounding. Then placed spaces and then annotate with space tags. But at the moment I'm only getting Space 1, Space 2, Space 3 etc as the names. When I need to be seeing Cleaners store, Bedroom, lounge etc as shown in Arch model.

Have I missed a step or am I doing something wrong.

    Thanks

    Domsib

If you are under subscription, get the space naming utility:

A Space Tag can also contain Labels of:

      Space Name
      Space Number
      Room Name
      Room Number

The bottom two will read the room objectsthe architects place.

Just be aware that even though a space tag shows "Room Name" the name of the space is still "space". For HVAC, spaces do need a name, because there are spaces in places that are not rooms (sliver spaces), and spaces that are "on top of" rooms (plenum spaces).
