Structural concrete local section views on stuctural plans?!

In my country it's customary to draw a special kind of structural plan. One that includes only the concrete floor in plan AND local sections of the structural beams on each edge.

Has anyone attempted this in revit? We have had some success with this but we are looking for better ways to do it.

How we are doing so farWe create a new screen, add the structural plan to it. Then create section views where needed and add them to the sheet also. Revit auto aligns them to the plan which is nice.

Here is a printscreen with that we have so far.

      Attached a scanned plan.

This is what i mean exactly. Sometimes a plan is overlaid with local sections of all structural elements.

They, at times, do this in facade or elevation views, to show small reveals or indentations in the facade.
