How to render ?

Hi. Im ryan from philippines. What kind of renderer may i use in revit 2012 (student version) ? What are the links of the add ins in revit? Thanks.

Well, Revit has Mentalray render engine built in. There aren't a whole lot of options for add-in render engines, you can however export to various renderers such as Accurenderer, VRay (via 3DS), Octane, Luminosity, etc.

.Carl - Architect, BIM Manager, Father, Husband, Coach, Player, Disc Tosser, Driver... not necessarily in that order.

When a render has used 5 hours and is at 50%, can I predict it's finished after 5 additional hours?

Render Settings No longer appear

Can anyone tell me why I cannot change the settings in my render box from draft? I haven't rendered in a while but I'm sure there used to be different...
