2012 we can no longer switch from standalone licence to network?

    Yes, license management has been made a bit more complicated as it also appears you need to input your serial number and product key if you want to connect to a license server.
    Ah well. I'll just need to contact our license manager if I want to make a deployment and then use that instead of the existing install... no bother but still a bit of a hassle. The only reason I can see for this behavior is to prevent people (freelancers or students) to use their free Revit 2012 demo version with license servers across different companies.

    I can't get the licensing screen where I can switch the license type.

    Also you can't seem to switch a standalone trial to a network license. Looks like you have to do a reinstall to switch to network.
