When I add a revision to a project, how do I get it to appear in my revision schedule?All the parameters in the schedule are set up and I am filling out the information in the project. But it wont appear in the schedule in the project.

So far, you have just defined the revision, but if I understand correctly, you have not tagged any design change that corresponds to that revision. Make the first revision cloud on a view, then tag the cloud, assigning a revision number to that cloud, and then, that revision will show up on the sheet where that view is shown.Freelance BIM Provider at Autodesk Services Marketplace | Linkedin

As a side note, if you add a revision cloud to a view that can be referenced on multiple sheets (Legend View), the Revision Schedule will not pick up the Revision. Also, you can't add a revision cloud directly on a Schedule View. For this reason, we have adopted the practice of adding revision clouds to the Sheets, rather than placing them on the Views.
