Setting up Revit in a Server Environment

Our firm will be setting up the Revit server this weekend. Does anyone have recommendations on the best software for managing our files back to the central server?

    Thanks,

Revit Server is actually "software"--and it has a web-based Admin portal where you can manage the Central Files, but it has limited ability.
For example, currently you cannot set folder permissions for users in the Admin Console. This is a Wishlist item which will hopefully be addressed in future releases.

That said, if you need more control for external teams, etc.--the suggestion from IMAGINiT below looks very good, beit a bit pricey.
