    Geert Vennix Renderings

Allow me to show off some of my work.
Now things have slowed down I had the chance to improve my materials and pay some more attention to projects renderings.
All renderings in enscape. Materials from photos, CCO textures and sketchuptextureclub.

Great video Geert - love the movement of the sun.

I am impressed that it is created in Enscape - I thought perhaps Lumion.

          Thanks Will.
          No, it is Enscape.
No fancy moving people or rain but good renders. (I could make good use of snow :-) )
There is a quality difference between video and stills I noticed. But movement prevents people focus on imperfect details.
And sound helps a lot too in the story telling.
I have yet to try uncompressed video. See if that is better.

Its getting busy again. Coordinating installations, finishing entrance design and working out how to randomize materials on beam systems through Dynamo.
Learned that randomizing doesn't work. Just assign lots of different variations of the same material (created with the substance player) in a regular way works better.
Still dynamo is a big help in this :-)

Two renovations and one new project,
One of them is the oldest (former) hotel in our valley where probably Whymper and Coolidge have stayed

                    Some recent renovations.
I must say I keep underestimating the amount of time it takes to document existing conditions. Even if I can work of a pointcloud.
But the results are not half bad I think.
