    VIMtrek

    Has anyone seen this

VIMTrek Product Presentation Video - YouTube
    VIMTrek Technical presentation - YouTube

It looks promising, but it lacks animations like in Lumion or Twinmotion.

I was about to post asking if anyone had reviewed VimTrek.
Based on the number of replies to your post, I guess the answer is no.

The ad makes it sound like it's the best new technology breakthru in years.
But from the demos on the website, the render quality looks pretty bad--very "game-engine" looking compared to Lumion or Twinmotion.
Similar to Adesk Showcase. It does have a standalone exe player like Twinmotion, which in itself is very valuable--and it exposes the "BIM" information/properties,
which I had only seen in Esperient prior to this. It does look like it has good potential. GPU/RT solutions are going to take over, IMHO.
As I recall it's also a "pay per month" setup in lieu of buying a license.

A couple of major turnoffs after watching the demos and having a quick look at the website:

        1. As Cliff said, the "render" quality is extremely poor.
        2. No pricing available on the website. (Probably not a good sign)
        3. The clients needs to sign up, to download the free viewer (should be a 1 click installer, with less BS included)

It looks like The Sims 3 engine. Do not want. Totally not worth it.
