Autodesk University: Looking for "Birds of a Feather" Session Leaders

Do you want to increase your networking opportunities at AU? Then consider becoming a moderator for Birds of a Feather (BoF) sessions!
On Tuesday night, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., AU will host roundtable discussions on a variety of hot topics. We are looking to you, our AU family, to find moderators for these informal Birds of a Feather sessions. As a moderator, you will have the opportunity to talk with many attendees who share your interest in a particular topic.
Here’s how it works: As a moderator, you sit at a table marked with your topic. Tables are near the Exhibit Hall where the International Community Reception will be taking place. Attendees can come and go throughout the 2-1/2-hour period, spending as much time as they like at any table. Your job is to facilitate the discussion as participants share their experiences and insights and help each other discover solutions and best practices. You would be responsible for leading two roundtable discussions during the evening. You can change to a different topic at the break.
As a token of our appreciation, you will receive $100 for moderating a BoF session. (Note: Autodesk is prohibited from providing honorariums to U.S. and non-U.S. government officials and employees.)
We are looking for moderators to propose discussion topics for the following categories.
    Best practices in:
    • Cloud-Based Design Services
    • Collaboration, Data, and Lifecycle Management
    • Sustainability in Design
    • Model-Based Design
    • Design Tools for Mobile Devices
    • Design Tools for Non-Professional Users (for example, Autodesk® Sketchbook® Pro)
If none of these categories appeals to you, submit your own idea when you apply. Share your passion!
We will select moderators based on their discussion topic proposals. We are looking for compelling, interesting ideas that offer room for exploration and discussion.
Apply now to be a BoF moderator. Complete this simple survey to give us your topic ideas and contact information. You may suggest as many topics as you wish. Don't wait—applications are due by October 27.
