DesignReform: Project Vasari - Adaptive Component Massing (2/2)

In this Autodesk Project Vasari video, we'll continue with the adaptive component mass. In the first part of the video we create the adaptive component. In the video we create a surface to enable us to use the component in a create form, that might not be necessary but that's the only way I could get it to work. Once the component is complete, we'll load it into the framework we made in the first video. Once they are placed, we use them as the profiles for a new form. All these techniques are available in Revit 2011 and illustrate how you can use BIM for conceptual modeling. All the source files for this project are being hosted on DesignByMany here: http://designbymany.com/content/adaptive-component-mass If you or your firm is looking for help with Revit or Project Vasari please feel free to contacts us at [email protected] or visit our website at http://www.case-inc.com to find out more about the services we provide.
