    Desktop Sharing

Hey guys does anybody know of a simple desktop sharing program that I can use on my media center to control it from my wifes laptop? I would like to be able to see whats going on, on the TV on my wifes laptop.

    Hi!
You can try TeamViewer, it's free for personal use.

Yes, I'll second TeamViewer! Use it myself, and always have it running, just in case that I need to access the PC at the office

Yep, Teamviewer. They release some apps a while ago for the Iphone/Ipad/Android to also use it on the go.

            LogmeIn worth a try.
I use it all the time to reach my PC from work, or even from my Iphone.
Not free though for mobile devices.......most of the time ;-)

UltraVNC is another one.... I use it here at the office if I want to run a few extra Revit sessions on other folks computers when they are away...

You can have a look at various remote support services such as logmeinrescue.com, gosupportnow.com etc for desktop sharing.

I have TightVNC installed for the same reason here.
