    Dynamic Revit Content for your website.

    I´ve been playing a little with the Google API, so if you have a Revit related website, and want some dynamic Revit related content which gets updated several times per day, you can add the Html code below to anywhere you like.

    Here´s a live sample of what it looks like.

    Look at it as a win-win! Your site gets updated with fresh content, and the Forum get´s some links and publicity in return

    Code:
    <!-- ++Begin Dynamic Feed Wizard Generated Code++ -->
      <!--
      // Created with a Google AJAX Search and Feed Wizard
      // http://code.google.com/apis/ajaxsearch/wizards.html
      -->

      <!--
      // The Following div element will end up holding the actual feed control.
      // You can place this anywhere on your page.
      -->
      <div id="feed-control">
        <span style="color:#000000;width:300px;font-size:11px;margin:10px;padding:4px;">Loading...</span>
      </div>

      <!-- Google Ajax Api
      -->
      <script src="http://www.google.com/jsapi?key=notsupplied-wizard"
        type="text/javascript"></script>

      <!-- Dynamic Feed Control and Stylesheet -->
      <script src="http://www.google.com/uds/solutions/dynamicfeed/gfdynamicfeedcontrol.js"
        type="text/javascript"></script>
      <style type="text/css">
        @import url("http://www.google.com/uds/solutions/dynamicfeed/gfdynamicfeedcontrol.css");
      </style>

      <script type="text/javascript">
        function LoadDynamicFeedControl() {
          var feeds = [
    	{title: 'RevitForum.org - Recent Threads',
    	 url: 'http://revitforum.org/external.php?type=rss'
    	},];
          var options = {
    	    numResults : 10,
    		displayTime : 3500,
            stacked : false,
            horizontal : false,
            title : ""
          }

          new GFdynamicFeedControl(feeds, 'feed-control', options);
        }
        // Load the feeds API and set the onload callback.
        google.load('feeds', '1');
        google.setOnLoadCallback(LoadDynamicFeedControl);
      </script>
    <!-- ++End Dynamic Feed Control Wizard Generated Code++ -->

    it`s ok the content to be inside the forum but now, using the what`s new button with this feature enabled make you search a lot for the original content from the forum. It will be nice to have a filter option (show everything or show only real posts). Or make 2 what`s new buttons. One for the forum and one for the other blogs. The mixed content that is listed under what`s new query alter the logical expectation of a user who want to know what`s new on this forum, i mean in the info that derive from the members dialog.

      Gaby, just deleted most of the blog posts that got posted when I added the different blogs. Didn´t mean to flood the "What´s new" for everyone.
      The goal is to have easy access to new blog posts from the Block in the new Side Bar at the forum home... There probably wont be more than one or two new blog posts per day, but if you don´t want them at all, you can just chose to "Ignore" the <Blog Fetcher> user

        Very usefull little app for those who do not yet understand the power of RSS feeds. LOL Plus with RSS feeds you can archive, but I guess on the website you can bookmark the post. Either way. Cool

          Cool new apps... It is cluttering my New Posts list somewhat after two weeks of absence. But really cool nonetheless since I have been spending so much time here, I'm neglecting my bloglist...

          I might be incorporating this beauty on my own website when it's going to be updated this summer!
