Revit 2012, Rotation in 3D going slow

    Hi

When i rotate my model in a 3D view, it is going slow...In 2D it is fine. The same model in Revit 2011, is also fine.

    My hardware specs:

    Win 7- 64 bit
    Xeon 2.8GHz
    12 GB RAM
    NVIDIA Quadro 4000
    Driverversion: 8.17.12.6570

    Can you help me??

shouldn't be a problem, from the perspective of memory and CPU. I'm not too well with video drivers though... maybe check some other video card drivers?

apparently it is just my model that is pretty heavy... I haven't rotated the model in Revit 2011 in 3D (showing it all) for a while. It is the same problem here.

      Then it works fine :-)

The VC and drivers are certified by Autodesk, so it should suffice, right?

Anyways, don't know if you've already tried these options (RAC 2012):
        - View tab, little arrow right to Graphics, Graphic Display Options > uncheck 'Show Ambient Shadows'.
        - 'R' (upper left) > options > Graphics tab > switch off 'Use Anti-Aliasing for 3D views', and try the 'Use Hardware Acceleration' both checked and unchecked.
