First of all I must say how very disappointed I am about this issue and the lack of a fix by Autodesk. This issue has shaken my love for Revit to the core. The thing I love about Revit is that it sees what is modeled and annotated and applies it correctly to sheets based on view settings. I am no longer confident that my key notes will show up on my sheets and that is a huge problem. This is a case where Revit has failed.
The issue is in 2017 some or all key notes will not show up on sheets. I have found the following ways to fix it and none of them are acceptable to me due to the large amount of views and sheets I am dealing with.
• Change view underlay base range to the level of the view then back to none.
• Change element Phase to Existing and back to New Construction.
• Copy all key notes in a view and past back in the same position.
• Adjust the view cut plans so it is above elements in question.
My question to the group is:
Has anyone developed a Dynamo Script to fix this issue?
