I feel like i'm missing something really easy here. I'm trying to use an excel table to drive my elevation heights. I currently have all of the piers placed in the right spot with Marks. but for some reason the Elements.SetParameterByName is not setting my elevation offset. Any help would be much appreciated?

Hello Ryntau,
Is this what you are after?
Bear in mind that this system works on internal logiac, so that it functions correctly with regards to numbers but will fail if we have a different mark system.
For example:
W1
W11
W12
W13
...
W2
W21
In lieu of an actual ordering system. In this case, you would have to split the string into numbers only for ordering purposes.
