Try it now. I think you have to have at least 4 posts before you can access stuff or PM. Kind of ironic that you post on not having permission to access it was your 4th post, which now gives you permission to access it.

I thought it was after 3 posts. Is still not working? I'll have Munkholm check it out.

Like I just told you in the PM, I've deleted all links to your website, AND your Signature!

If you can provide me with a good and believable explanation on how you customized your signature without access to "My Profile", and convince me that you are not just trying to spread the word about your website, then feel free to email me a munkholm@revitforum.org - Untill then, don't bee too surprised if your posts don't make it past our "usually" very efficient spam filter

You seem abrupt in your response as though upset. I want to assure you I meant no ill intent. Whatever a posters question might be I will always give the best option or solution to their question or problem from any company including my own. I had assumed that was the intent of these forums.

To answer your question, in vBulletin, you can change your signature under "Settings" next to "My Profile".

Im a new member and all my posts had to wait for moderator approval before appearing on the site. So you can understand my confusing being that all my posts were approved by someone. I would like to recommend not approving posts you do not like from new members and instead writing them and letting them know what’s wrong with a copy of what they wrote so they can correct it.

Again, I wasn’t spamming. I gave the best answers and responses based on the original posters question, or problem. I'm seeing references in many post responses to a lot of other software or company solutions in these forums, so I had no idea and assumed it would be fine. It looks like there is a lot to clean up here. My apologies, I'll try to post without talking about software or solutions being provided by companies in the future. Thank you.

First off, you are correct about the access to your signature through the settings. We should have spotted that one...
Second: Being a moderator I can tell you that there is a fairly large grey area here. We sure don't mind providing answers which include your own solution. However, when you start posting here and do a bunch of similar posts in 1-2 days, we do get suspicious. Just recently we had a guy from DraftSight posting about there solution. Just once, but on the edge. Now if he were to do that on a few threads in the same time, we would moderate him too. But since this was just once, and relevant, like your posting, we let it slip.

I don't know if you have any experience in moderating a site like this? Until recently I didn't either, but since I have been moderating all I can say is this: the buttload of crap we filter out each day is staggering.

    Anyway:
I wouldn't mind re-instating your signature. Since Forum Rules also demand consultants to make their firm known through the sig.
But I do want to offer you some friendly advice:
    - Do not go around digging up old threads to respond to. That screams SPAMMING!!!
    - Explain your solution once. When you come across new threads that you think might benefit from your solution, refer to the previous post. This way you don't clutter up (no offense) the non-commercial responses. (f.i. "I have a commercial solution for this problem, please see this post for more details")

    Sorry for the late reply.

I agree with you points. I honestly hadn't noticed the age of the posts and wasn't digging for posts at all. They were at the top on my end, I actually thought they couldn't be more than several days old because of that. I'll keep an eye on the dates that I am replying to next time, I hadn't realized they were bumped by someones reply. My intentions when replying are always to provide the best answer. But when that ends up being your own solution, the intentions can be misinterpreted. I'll add a links next time. You guys are doing great. Thanks again.

Do you have to post in specific sub-forums? I'm past 3 posts and can access my profile, but my posts still have to be approved (or is that a different number of posts?).
