    Posts taking forever to "post"

I noticed for at least the last month or so, probably longer, that posts are often taking ~30 seconds to actually "post" when I hit the submit post button. Seems to be happening at both the office and at home. Anyone experiencing the same deal or know what's up with that?

(of course this posted instantly... go figure)

I'm usually getting asked by my browser (Chrome, latest version) whether I want to leave the page because their is information not submitted when I submit a post. If I hit ok it submits as expected.

This happens for me as well, and i click *Leave* and then it makes my post. Been that way for a couple of months now.

Is there any update to this? Are we going to expect for this to continue? It's been months now and it doesn't help the user experience. Would like to know if this is something that's trying to be corrected... just out of curiosity at the very least.

I have an idea, we could send IN THE POST. with the postal service here becoming more of a snail mail day by day, maybe the world is grinding to a halt. Maybe someone left the handbrake on. Or the sidestand down.
Im going to seal this note in a bottle and chuck it in the Pacific Ocean.
Dated this 28th November in the year of our Lord Nineteen Hundred and Sixty.

Oh, to add to the strange occurrences, i hit post the basic reply and i get sent to advanced. On iPad, and how slow are they now. And then it double posted, haha.

I've been looking into it on several occasions, but so far I've not been able to pin point the issue. Will keep investigating.
    Sorry for the inconvenience!
