RFO link redirects to malicious site?

Anyone getting their browser redirected to a malicious site when trying to come here? I oftern come to RFO from a Google Reader page, and the first time i click a link from google reader in a new browser session takes me to "filestore72.info" (DO NOT go to that site as it silently installs a Trojan). With some research, it appears that its an exploit with vBulletin, the code used to build RFO. I PM'd Klaus but have not heard back yet.

You will only get this redirect if you come to RFO through a Google search link, which is essentially what the Google Reader is.

Funny coincidence... Have just installed a couple of patches to vBulletin and vbSEO, and was preparing to PM you back when I saw this thread.

Thanks a million for the heads up Scott. And please let me know if the issue continues. (I hope not)

i just tried again and all seems to be ok now. I actually added the "filestore72.info" site to my windows Hosts file so that the redirect would be blocked, and was testing the link, expecting the 127.0.0.1 loop back. Instead I was at RFO!

Great! Sounds like the patching is working then :-)

Thanks again for bringing it to our intention!

in weekend I also forgot my password and received the reset password link in my email from revitforum. The link sent me to a pop-up advertising site. Don`t remember exactly the name. Closed the site, pressed again the link and it sent me on the forum but not on the resset password page. So started again all the reset proccess. Second time worked.

This has happened to me twice, now. What do I need to do to prevent it from happening?
