Filtering (Areas) by (their) Type properties not working...

It's a muggy day in London and I've eaten too much birthday cake, so perhaps I'll have a eureka tomorrow with a clearer head - but in the mean time, anyone care / able to shed some light on why the attached (all OOTB node) .dyn doesn't filter output (from all elements) the areas only associated to (in this example) the "Gross" scheme?

Essentially, we've got 38 area schemes pre-defined in our template - and a minimum of 15 of them get used on all projects. With each scheme demanding a slightly different field concatenation pattern, we need to isolate the appropriate elements (i.e. "go after the areas in the gross scheme and do this").

But, as ever, tying a relationship between instance and types is beating me.

    'lil help?

Saw that one, not really, unless I'm missing something (?) - it's more the joining/associating the values, not so much reaching in and getting them.

Dont know the exact node names but you should be able to pull the area instances out of the initial areatype>all elements of type list.

I think that graph is going to have problems with the mask matching up with the items correctly - the query driving the bool mask isn't the same query delivering the elements to the bool mask. In other words, you're trying to filter a list of all Areas by asking questions of a list of all AreaSchemes (which don't necessarily share the same index #). Try asking the Areas for their AreaSchemes, and then ask THAT AreaScheme the question about it's name.
