    "Modelspace" to "paperspace" transformation

Is there a way to retrieve the view transformations (scaling, rotation, positioning) for a view on a sheet? I'm trying to access geometry as it appears (through a view) on a sheet. I'd like to be able to capture an element's bounding box as drawn on the sheet. I haven't found a way to retrieve "drawn elements" or "view rendered" elements or a way to reach thru the Viewport. I can capture the elements in model coordinates and then scale them manually, but matching the position on the sheet is proving problematic, as I can't seem to find whatever coordinates Revit is using to position Views / Viewports on the sheets (center of scope box doesn't seem to align with vPort center). Is there a way to use the same transformations Revit uses?

    Hello Chris,

Is there any way you could quickly illustrate this graphically? I can have a look then.

I'm trying to recreate (or export) a sheet to a vector SVG. I can grab the geometry from the model, scale and rotate as appropriate, and I have verified that my math is working (as correctly as I understand it) - the page is the correct pixel size and the border prints where expected, but the elements do not line up with a PDF print of the same sheet. Additionally, they appear to not be off by a small scale factor (I'm 4 pixels off on the left side, 2 px off on the right).

I was hoping I could pull the same transform matrix Revit's already using for a viewport, and maybe things would land in the same place.
