    Question Revizto Display Issues

Hello to the Revizto players out there. Please see attached screen shot: I've been struggling for a week to try and learn/understand Revizto and solve what seems to be a severe bug and wanted to see if anybody else has ever encountered this issue.

Essentially, the menu and mouse is duplicated at a lower resolution. It's almost like there's some type of skin that runs in the main window and it's driving another underlying menu. It's really weird. Graphics card driver is up to date, etc. Can't find anything in preferences and I've monkeyed with plenty of settings, toggles and slider bars. We're using Revizto's cloud collaboration Issue Tracking through one of our GC's and, while we believe this is the ticket for coordination efforts going forward, this visual issue is at too great a cost for it to really be usable. Any ideas on this? I'm reaching out to my familiar communities first before I jump in a Revizto forum.

Have not tried that. Do you believe an uninstall/reinstall could really fix this issue? Or is it just more of a "try this first and work down from there" approach?

Not 100% sure--but yes, I have seen problems like this and a fresh install fixed it.
Of course it could also be something local to your PC--such as graphics card/drivers, screen resolution, etc.
Does this happen on other PCs or just yours?
Make sure you are also running the latest version on Revizto--they push out updates pretty often.

Well it's not an ultimate solution, but did find out a fix for now.

We were in the Viewer and not the main program. The View has the bug, not the standard application itself.

Good to know. I have not used the viewer.
