Hi I'm an Architect in California and I'm looking for a Revit drafter to help with my documentation. You can work remotely, Revit 2016 preferred. I have 2 modern residential projects where I've designed and built a Revit model but can't find the time to put the drawings and details onto sheets.

Looking for an intermediate level drafter who is able to elevate, section, and detail with minor supervision. Workflow will go like this --> I send you a model, you'll populate my sheets with plans, sections, elevations (interior and exterior), RCP, roof plan, site plans, details, etc. I'll add comments and redline the set, you'll pick up redlines and resubmit.

All drawings should be in exactly the same place on every sheet, so they don't jump around from page to page. Applicants should have an advanced understanding of line weights, dimensions, and text. All text in all caps.

It took me approximately 20 hours to document a similar project, and I have beginning to intermediate Revit skills. You can make your own hours, as long as you meet the deadline. I pay a lump sum of $1000 per project.

Will pay additional for renderings, but renderings are not a requirement.

If you think you'd be a good fit, please send me your resume and a couple pages of drafting work samples to blaine (at) blainearchitects.com
