    BIM360 meltdown

After speaking with reseller tech support, they say this is affecting all of their clients. I don't know how many that is but they are one of Australia's largest resellers.
The issue being all our Revit files hosted on BIM360 have had the .rvt extension changed to .zip.
Looking through desktop connector one can see the files with .zip but the Revit > open dialogue shows none, unless you change viewable file types to include all, which makes no difference as revit won't open it anyway.
I can reopen the model by selecting it in the recent files listing, however other users who don't have it listed there are simply locked out.
Our reseller has elevated the issue to Singapore (I'm guessing they are the main agent for this part of the world) but as their timezone is hours behind us, it's pretty much wiped out an afternoon of project working on BIM360. Lucky we only have this one project on BIM360 currently, although it can have up to 10 users across 3 offices in there at any one time.

Work day is over now, so i can only hope things are fixed by tomorrow morning.

Anyone else in other parts of the world having this issue?

Everything seems to be fine and functioning here in NJ.

    Yikes!
We're having weird problems where our consultants are unable to open their files, or can't see our links, but nothing with .ZIP files.

What version? We are still on 2019 and nothing looks wrong from the desktop and I was in the model yesterday just checking to see if I could open it after all those funky security updates lately.

Not exactly sure...some internal chatter going on about it, and I believe an official statement is being drafted.
