    Override Graphics in View ambiguity

I have a building where sight-lines from established windows are critical. To see where my building might be clipping the sight-line I modeled an in-place extrusion, gave it the glazing category.

South elevation, I change the graphics override as follows (Override Graphics in View -> By Element):
    Override Graphics in View ambiguity-revit-override-graphics-south.jpg

View looks like it should do:
    Override Graphics in View ambiguity-revit-south.jpg
I go to the north elevation and make the same graphics override, but the element won't change.
I've tried the same with a section looking in the same direction as the successful South Elevation, but again the element doesn't change.

All views are the same phase (New Construction).
Both elevations have the same View Template applied.

I cannot figure out why the same element isn't responding the same in both views.

    Any opinions or guidance?

    Thanks

You made the graphics change to the projected lines of the in-place element. Could your north elevation actually be cutting the element? Likewise the section you made is cutting the element so you need to make those same overrides to the Cut section of the element override settings, not the Projection.

Thanks Patrick, you've hit the nail on the head.

Moved the elevation cut line outside of the in-place element and... sorted.

    Thank you.
