I bet it does, but already being able to import a PDF and put it on a sheet is a plus to me.
Would be good if we could crop them as well

Is there any advantage to using PDFs with snapping to convert old Autocad details? I'm going to start coverting dozens soon.

EDIT: Just saw above. What issues are you refering to?

You can install your collection programs through the desktop app which takes the strain out of downloading the whole suite at once

You want the bad news? Snapping to PDF's created from REVIT even, is a trainwreck. Its WORSE than snapping to AutoCAD.

Some things never change in Revit...

    • In 2020, in the generic model adaptive template, the Back and Front views are still named incorrectly in relation to the 3d cube, in spite of having reported that so many times.

    • A spot slope still does not report the slope of a ramp, as usual...I wonder why they don't remove that tool (ramps) altogether to avoid the embarrassment.

Oh Joy! I wonder why they released it. PDF functionality I mean.

Sadly, there's not a Dislike button so I have to type this ridiculous reply to say how much I dislike this.

You know... the more "features" that Autodesk adds, the more we have to fight with staff to not use them... well, most of us at least.

Hmm... I have my license of Revit, but I still cannot save in this new 2020 version. When I try to save a file it says "Revit 2020 is in viewer mode". Does it take some time for this to work?
