Certain tags in a linked model show questions marks when VG set to "By Linked View"

We have a Bim360 Design Collab. project with a specialty Equipment tag that shows a shared parameter called "AltID" in our Equipment plans.
When this model is linked into other models, and set to show "By Linked View" the tags show question marks.

from our file, these tags show as question marks in consultants files.

Is there a solution for this?

Your consultants need to have that same parameter loaded into their tags and project.
