    Revisions tracking

    Revit 2018

I need to send PDF's of a revision and there are probably 30 sheets with revision clouds (out of 60 total) for this particular revision, but it's an older project that has been collecting dust for 8 months or so and the only way I can think of which sheets I should print is by printing them all and going through the PDF and writing them down, then deleting the sheets that are not affected by the revision.

Does Revit keep track of which sheets have each revision on them?

It knows only the current revision assigned to the sheet. Should be good enough for your situation.

sure it does...make a sheet list schedule with the fields Sheet Number and Current Revision and then filter by Current Revision

edit: and Chris is right, the schedule will give you only the current revision
