Not exactly what you're trying to do, but I think you should be able to adapt the concept.

You actually dont need a formula to do it at all. Just make a Calculated Value, and set it to "Percantage" instead of Formula, and make it a "percentage" of "Grand Total."

it won't let you to select Count as % of Grand Total.

it doesn't let me select Count for %, in order to do that, i have to combine it with another parameter,
and then the issue is that i can't use a combined parameter in formula.

ok , what i need to do is to create a new number parameter, select all the rooms and set that parameter as 1 for all of them,
then it'll let me select the new parameter in a calculated value as a percentage.

    thanks guys.

You need a dummy parameter to take the place of Count:

Sorry, i forgot about that. To work around it i have a Shared Parameter called item_Count, and i used the Family Processor to go through my entire damn library, and set that value locked to 1 in every family i have, LOL. Makes using Count in a formula a bit easier.

If you don't want to add share parameters and all that just add a calculated value as Count: If(Area > 1,1,1)
Then do the percentage from this one

You don't need to update parameters or do anything else

A fixed Calculated Value does not really need a formula. Just write a '1'.
