How do I create a Y shaped column?

I'm trying to make the below as a column family within Revit. Instead of it looking so wishboned shaped, I'm just trying to make it as tubular as possible except for the center part where I'm trying to blend both mirrored circular angled blends together.

'I feel like I'm going crazy. I tried to create a blend, mirrored it in order to get the Y shape, but then can't get a swept blend to make a nice curvature inbetween the two.

    Any suggestions?
