    Doors not cutting the walls on certain parts.

    Hi Guys, I am coming with another problem. My Doors are not cutting the walls on certain places. I played with view range but still the same issue.

    Hi, I'm figuring out that we are talking about the same door family, am I right?

    if yes, you need to check the level parameter if you have intermediate levels in your project, if for a reason you had split the wall that may cause that too.

    if was you that model the door you may need to check if the void is cutting walls with have the size you are having troubles,

    Can you upload that door to see what's happening?, regards

    actually the same door, mirrored one from a point to b , ''a'' door is cutting ''b'' is not cutting.

    It is the same door family from Revit.

    Please give the sizes of the walls and all the data you think will be useful to try to re create the issue, regards

    sizes of the walls are 200 and 400 mm height of the door is 3200 mm , floor is two layer a) 200 mm b) 150 mm and level 0 is put after 200 mm.

    Hi again, I've changed the height for your door and mirrored it and I got this (see pic), are you sure that height is not the problem?, regards

    My level 1 is at 3900mm , my door is 3200 mm , i check the section everything looks fine except the plan view.

    ok, so height is not the problem , I've already check the family and all looks good , the walls where the door cut are the same for those which the doors seems not work?, I'm thinking that maybe the answer is much more easy, did you try to erase and re create the door? , it may sounds fool but it can works

    Ah, I find it!!; the 200 mm of your door are the problem, once I've changed here the door stops cutting the wall , so you may need to create a plan view and change the section plane for that part of your drawing, am I clear enough?, regards
