Graphics card Nvidia GTX 960 M and Revit 2017

I am new to Revit 2017 and the above is my graphics card on a recommended Asus laptop for interior design
When I go to revit settings and options it shows this error message
"the installed video card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 M has not been tested
    with Revit.
    - you may continue to use Hardware Acceleration ...

i am experiencing some issues with some of my graphics appearing larger than others
for example. My little toggle dots are very small in relation to the
other graphics on the page. I turned off acceleration and hit ok but nothing changed.

also the R settings icon in left corner is small - and my quick access toolbar is missing.
Can someone please help. I'm in my junior year of interior design
and a newbie who needs the program to work right w my graphics card.
    thank you!

    What resolution are you running?
When switching Hardware Acceleration you need to close and reopen your project for it to take effect, just hitting OK is not enough
None of the GTX graphics cards are tested with revit as far as I know, they just do that with the Quadro cards.
Could be that the drivers you use are a bit 'wonky', see if you can update them or if not, maybe even downgrade them.

And of course, Welcome to the Forum !

Sounds to me like you are running very high resolution and Scaling set to 100% in graphics settings for Windows.

Doesn't have anything to do with HWA or the gfx driver, if that's the case.

Sent from my Phablet. Please excuse typos... and bad ideas.

I had to move the quick access toolbar to below the ribbon on my laptop. I didn't notice any of the other issues but I also don't use it that often relative to a desktop.

Hi, I'm running a DELL Alienware with a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 and Revit 2017.2, this machine is a new one that from the beginning is make me bizarre things and I'm experiencing some glitches related to the graphic card (See Images), I already try to update the drivers and play with the material acceleration and so on but it seems to Revit and this card don't want to work together, even if I' able to work with my machine and I can solve those issues with some basic tricks is very frustrating to have every day the same problem, regards

Can't say I've seen this myself - once I'm home I'll confirm my build versions for you.

it can sometimes be worth it to go back a few driver versions instead of always having the newest.

I've just been letting GeForce & Steam duke it out these days to decide what's best for me - no issues (fingers crossed).
