    I love roofs

    Should i create separate roofs for those parts where are ventilation ducts as well where is 2% ?

    "I love roofs" OK you got my attention.
    At 2% or 2° ? the valley would be very flat, not good. You could use two different pitches.
    Either way see attached project on how to go about it.
    This is a handy trick using a negative pitch as opposed to slope arrows (both work but handy to know both) and same process is used for doing as they call in the US "crickets"
