    2015: Revision Schedule

I'm a Structural Consultant that is working on a project with an Architect that is out-of-house. I also suspect that this Architect is not comfortable with Revit.

So, I'm using the Architect's title block.

Tell me what is going on here (I already know I'm going to have to go into the Architect's title block family and re-create the Revision Schedule.)

    Revisions directly on SHEETS:
If I add revision cloud #1 to the SHEET, I get the revision information to show up in the Revision Schedule.
If I add revision cloud #2 to the SHEET (the cloud and tag for #1 are still set to show; I did this because I had issues with NO revision information and I turned the cloud and tag back on to see if it would show up) I get NO revision information in the Revision Schedule.

    Revisions in VIEWS on sheets:
If I have revision cloud #1 in a view on a sheet, the revision information shows up in the Revision Schedule.
If I add revision cloud #2 to the same or any other view, NO revision information shows up in the Revision Schedule.

Revisions on SHEET and in VIEW on sheets:
If I have revision cloud #1 on the SHEET, and revision cloud #1 in a view on the sheet, NO information shows up on the Revision Schedule.

It's like, this revision schedule cannot deal with more than one revision.

I'm sure it's something simple that I'm overlooking. Like I said, I'm off to go re-create the revision schedule...

    It was simple!

    Here's the fix.

In the Revision Schedule in the Title Block family, under Sorting, someone had set the first level of Sorting to <none>.
This first level of Sorting needs to be set to <Revision Sequence>

Once reloaded into my project, the information in the Revision Schedule populated as it should!

    Whew!
