Please Help Working on my first revit project and need help on the rood

Hello I'm working on my first ever project and I'm struggling with the roof. The roof I'm going after is Screenshot by Lightshot and what I keep ending up with is a roof not even close with wall openings. Please could you help me out, thanks

It looks pretty simple to me.
Try looking up some tutorials on youtube.

I'd say create 3 separate pieces of roof and use the roof slope arrows. instead of the 'defines slope' thing. This way you can set different slopes for the different pieces of roof (something you will have to do in this case I believe).

Splitting up the roof is probably not really needed, but makes it easier to work with in my opinion.

So much easier than that. simply draw the outline how you want it and where you want the gable ends simply uncheck defines slope. you may need to use a roof by extrusion to fill in underneath the larger gables but you would just follow the profile of the main roof.

I think that in this case the soffit is not the issue, but the fact that the 2 roofs do not connect nicely (look at is attached model).
So I still think making the roof out of a few pieces makes it much easier and gives you more control.
