Easy, i tried it with a concrete / masonry wall. use the wall tool, then go to edit profile. revit will ask you to choose the appropriate view (mostly the elevation) to sketch the profile of voids . In the elevation view, draw the shape of void as per the design intent. Here is a tip, as a proficient autocad user, i find it easy to do all the sketching in autocad and import/ link this cad inside the sketch mode of the wall elevation and used the acad vector lines as the sketch lines. As could be seen from your image, the screen wall profile is quite complicated and it will be cumbersome to sketch it in revit.
As a rule, i use autocad as much as possible. It is way better than revit when it comes to sketching 2d lines. The attached image is what i did in cad, not as complicated as your model, but it definitely saved me a lot of time working in cad.random screening wall-3d-view-10.jpg

Not to put a dampener on a good tip, but what you are saying is:
Start Autocad Up, Draw a series of random Rectangles, Save the File, Start Up Revit, Link in the CAD File, Edit Profile a Wall & then trace the Rectangles.

Why not just: Edit Profile a Wall & then draw random Rectangles?

Make a panel using the generic model adaptive, host it to a divided surface and array it. The panel should have a yes/no visibility parameter controlled by dynamo.
However, this might be out there...

ps Never, ever use cad to trace over in revit.
Spend a couple minutes reading on that subject before you decide to go down that road...

well for a proficient cad user like me, it is convenient using cad. It is the most user friendly tool when drawing 2D lines. Maybe the example quoted does not substantiate my claim, but if you had a wall full of complex voids, a "bird's nest" for example, i seriously recommend CAD. But then, to each his own. I only mentioned what is suitable for me

Don't take offense, but it's *suitable for you* probably because you don't know revit that well. The interoperability between revit and cad is terrible, and it causes all kinds of stability and performance issues. Linking in CAD at all is bad but necessary. Tracing it with revit lines- however- can mangle a project very quickly.
