    Revit 2014 and Revit 2012

    Hi,

does anyone else have trouble with revit 2012 (A or S) after installing revit 2014? It seems to mess up my contextual tabs. Buttons that should be there have simply disappeared.

I think Revit 2014 needs .Net Framework 4.5 as prerequisite. If you have it installed on your computer, that's the problem.
    Revit 2012 doesn't support .NET Framework 4.5.

Revit 2012 didn't support .NET 4.5. They put out a hotfix for it a couple weeks ago.

Been working in 2013 90% of the time...so when I went to 2012 for something my panel headers are in a goofy order...such as add-ins show first instead of last. The hotfix didn't fix the order...is there a way to move panel header order?

Revit 2013 requires Update 2 to fix the same (or at least a similar) issue.
Here's the Revit Clinic post about it
