    Inputting Angular Dimensions

I am inputting a set of existing plans and the angles for the foundation are all in Degrees, Minutes, Seconds (65D32'7") with no bearing directions (25'N65D32'7"E.) Is it possible to input layout geometry using that format? I've seen it in the site layout tools but I have no other bearings other than a few angles where the building turns.

Yep, just type it in like this:

    65 32 7 and it will rotate it 65D32'7"

I think the easiest way to approach this would be to simply convert the DMS into decimal degrees. Depends on how many you have, I guess.

It's also fairly easy to do with the windows calculator.

    or what Dan said...
