    Speaking of these...
there are three "non subscription hot fixes" (2017.0.4, 2018.0.3 & 2019.0.2) that are ONLY for offices that have not and will never install the "Subscription Only .1 Update". For those who ARE on subscription there are separate updates for you (2017.2.4, 2018.3.2 & 2019.1).
The non subscription updates will install right over the top of your later updates, rolling you back to pre .1 functionality, and the only way to repair the damage is to uninstall Revit completely and start over. Even if you haven't installed the .1 update yet, a non subscription update will shag your install so you CAN'T install a .1 update, again requiring an uninstall and fresh install.
I'll make some time to add this to the updates info this weekend.

Cripes! this is the crap that makes me glad that I'm going to retire soon. I've tried really hard over the years to be an AD fanboy but this sort of thing makes it really really hard. Retirement countdown

On the topic of updates, when checking the Autodesk Revit Content from their website, I find that while the 2018 one is in fact in 2018, the one from 2019 seems to actually be requiring an update all the way from 2009! I only checked for English Metric and French content...

What are you guys using for family templates in 2019?

My bad... it's actually up to date, it just has a verry weird message when you double click from revit 2017 instead of oppening normally...
