    Modeling a roof chicken

I have a client that gave me a design that includes what is either a chicken or a seagull perched on a domed roof. Anybody know of a good way to handle something like this? My first thought was to make an extrusion that looks close enough, place two of them and hide the edge on one for the elevations. I've done that for flags many years ago and it worked well enough.

    Are we talking this:

    Or this:

Or a kind of statue on the top of the roof?

In the last case I think it might be justified to get a chicken from something like the Sketchup market and use that. And maybe even get it through Fusion to make it a Revit family.
Who was the guy that did the Revit cow again?

More like the latter. I'd rather not use sketchup. Ever since they went to a browser based platform they make it nearly unusable

They have hidden the install version a bit, but it is there for 2017 at least, the one I'm still using if I for some reason want to edit a Sketchup file and the Viewer works well too if you just want to view one.

Thanks. The lengths we'll go to give the clients things like roof chickens. That'll never get old

I think an extrusion and a void sweep around it should get you very close.
And I did do 3 fishes once, but not a chicken.

The bird needs a yellow bill. Can you perch it on a window sill?
