    Assign Flip Control to parameter?

    Hoping against hope, but:
Is is possible to assign a Flip Control to a parameter?
    As in: Handle Left/Right?
This is for a non-symmetrical cabinet.
I know I can model the Cabinet door twice and use a Visibility parameter on each, but it sure would be slick to just have one door and a parameter that triggered the swing to one side or the other.

That would be some black magic if you could. Doesn't look like it. No parameters pop up when you select the flip control.

But an instance parameter and a couple of control parameters to manage visibility of handles on either side will work almost as well.

It really won't. Not unless you have a way to disable mirroring.

Sure, but that's the same issue with flip controls, yes?

Sure. Would you feel better if i said *both are useless without the API, because of the mirroring command?*
