Upload what you've tried so far & someone can tell you what you've done wrong.
No one here is just going to make it for you.

Is it two quarters of a circle sitting 90 degrees from one another? All you need is two extrusions.

You will make a new Generic model family, set your reference planes as needed to control the size, then label them(dimension with label), then create one quarter of the shape from one elevation view, align sketch to ref. planes, finish, repeat from side elevation, then use join geometry to make the two pieces one. give them a material parameter. save and load into project. you may want to check the box for work plane based so they will snap to the top of your wall.

Use voids to cut the overlapping areas

    Hi,
Thank you for responding the post.
I tried the voids in this family, It will not give the results. When i use void cut the result will be a void space at the corner.

    Thanks

make 2 triangular voids, one to cut one side and one to cut the other. Making the voids will most likely have them cut both sides (because voids usually cut all the stuff in the family automatically) , so you will have to uncut each of the voids from one of the sides.

Took your family and added the 2 voids:
