    Phantom Reference Planes

I have two little problems with some reference planes, the first is that I'm trying to find why I have a ref plane outside of the door family? I've checked all the nested and there are no ref planes outside if the frame, all ref planes (except centre) are set to not a reference, similarly the nested panel/frames don't have and ref planes outside of the frame.

The second issue I have is that ref planes extend beyond the door family or in the case of the attachment the extent of the family, I can dim/select doors from way of the families.

Hard to say without looking at the file. Would you upload it?

Apologies for the very late responses, I would upload it however I probably can't as it's from my emlpoyer, I'm not sure how they would feel, sorry.

It's probably a ref plane that is lined up with something within the door in the family editor... But isn't constrained. So it moves when "gravity" hits it (it gets in the project.)

As kowen said, much easier to help fix sith the family. Otherwise.... Keep flexing in the family editor til you find it. It's there somewhere.

Sent from my Phablet. Please excuse typos... and bad ideas.
