Making a checkbox on my sheet to indicate that it is for the architect, how?

    Hi

I am trying to make my own sheet family, but i have problems to make checkboxes to indicate to domain of the drawing, e.g., for the architect or engineer. Can you help me with that?

    Kind regards,

    Peter

I have 'stamps' on my sheets that basically say something like 'concept', 'for permit', 'for production' etc. What I did was add those all to the sheet and gave all of them a visibility parameter. Once in your project, just select the sheet and choose which stamp you want to see. I think that is something that works for your purpose as well.

That could very well be, but I do not really keep track of the stuff I post here.

But this is what it looks like:

And nice this is brought up, as I now noticed that the 2 on the screenshot are not the same size which, of course, bugs the hell out of me
So that is going to change pretty soon!

Are you looking for this in order to show some graphic stamp or symbol on the sheet, or for scheduling reasons? Sheets are like views in the model, so you're not going to create any custom ones. You can create custom titleblock families that can display custom parameters of the sheet. You can also add parameters to the titleblock itself that can control graphics like stamps or issued by info.
