    Odd cutting behavior

I can't figure out why one of these sinks is cutting as expected and the other doesn't cut all the way through.

The right-hand one was created by selecting the one on the left and "Create Similar" so they are the same thing.
But the left one doesn't cut properly.
In fact, if you use the Cut Geometry tool. you can't even select it.
What's up with that? They should be identical.

What does it report for host? Place it again from scratch, different result? Pick New?

Pick New did not work here.
But I moved it off the benchtop into space (Warning: Elements do not intersect. > Don't Cut Geometry.), then moved it back onto the bench and it immediately cut the surface.
Could not see what caused it.

    Very weird.
Original host reports the Countertop as expected.
When I try to Pick New Host, I get:
"Element cannot be mirrored or rotated in a manner that changes its angle relative to the ground."
Even if I copy the Countertop & move it over. So I know it's parallel.
However, I did a Cut and Paste Aligned to Same Place and that one works fine.
The other thing that's weird with the original one's cutting it if you spin around so yo're under it, the sink bowl disappears.
