    Rotate Material Tag

    We have created a material tag that we use to tag floor finish transitions in plan views. I can easily control these with visibility parameters to switch them between left and right reading and also change them between vertical and horizontal orientation. I cannot, however figure out how to rotate them at an angle other than 0, 90, 180, 270.
    Apparently some types of tags (e.g. room tags) can have their orientation set to "model" and you can rotate them however you need.
    It possible to rotate material tags in a similar fashion?

    HI::

    Select Material Tag >> underneath ribbon (upper left corner) you'll see a Dropdown 'Horizontal' >> change to 'Vertical'

    Best,

    Thanks, PC, but that doesn't really answer my question. I know I can switch between horizontal and vertical reading tags. My question, and perhaps I was not entirely clear on this, is how to rotate a material tag to some other non-orthogonal angle like 63 degrees - or whatever angle I need.

    Welcome to the forum, BTW.

    Unfortunately, I do not see the "Model" option available when I select or insert a material tag. I only see Horizontal or Vertical.

    Sorry , I tried with a room tag.
    other tags only allow horizontal and vertical
    I do not know why

    and if the tag family has checked , Revit disallow this option
