Some shapes just cannot be cut with a void....it happens. You have to model things a bit differently then join afterwards for it to work.

try moving the extents of the void out beyond the edges of the sweep element. It may be lean modelling but sometimes Revit doesn't like it if the edges of voids align with edges of solids.

Find the perfect anything and you'll never have to work another day in your life. If you'd still like help you find a solution to your problems then maybe as Michael suggested you could try modeling things differently and report back your results, or you could upload your family or (purged) project file for someone to have a look at.

Sorry I didn't see that. It would seem that the upper vertical line in your sweep is causing the issue, altering it slightly away from vertical as shown

    allows cutting without errors

One would think this shouldn't be an issue, but Revit isn't perfect now is it Your primary roof shape could be created in other ways but I'm not sure of your final requirements as your uploaded file didn't include any void forms. Can you provide better details of where you're going with this?

Well, I followed your instruction and got a good success. Thanks for help.
Simply I created a roof by picking an opening cut from another roof, then painted it with another material.
You have another way to make it ?
