    Question visibility/Graphics

    hi i am wondering if you could help me out with a revit problem, i have created two floor for my house design and for some reason the furniture and fixture i places downstairs on ground floor are appearing on my first floor plan in a halftone but when i have done to 3d view i am able to see that the fixture are on the ground floor and no where near first floor level

    Looks like you've got an Underlay turned on in your first floor plan.
    There's a grouping in the View Properties titled "Underlay" set the Range: Base Level to none
    It used to be default behavior to have an Underlay turned on when you created a new View, but I believe Autodesk changed that in, maye 2017 or 2018.
    I'm guessing you might be using an older version of Revit, so the parameter may not be named the same. But it will say "Underlay" somewhere in the name.

    BTW: Your original post had the text set to White, so nothing was showing.
    The only reason I noticed there even was anything there was that I accidentally highlighted the whole thing.
    And the only reason you can see if now is that I (as a moderator) removed the formatting.

    Thank you...I have struggled for ages trying to work out what i may have done wrong, who knew it was so easy to get an answer to a problem in minutes
