I was more thinking e-mails would be more talored if he was having issues with setting it up. Those two links are pretty detailed.

If you have any questions I would be more then willing to answer them if I can.

I work in an office of over 200, with about 80 Revit users. Most of them use RDC in one way or another. Works well thus far.
